The survey should not only target beneficiaries, but the entire population in these provinces. Hence, the sample should be calculated based on the population of each province. The percentage of women survey should be at least 50 %. See the previous reports for more details on how the sample could be calculated.
We Effect does not provide equipment for data collection. This needs to be included in the proposal/budget.
The 377 rights holders are in all provinces. The survey should in total include 377 rights holders. The sample could be distributed through all provinces or a few provinces could be selected, considering the current situation with the COVID-19 pandemic and the budget.
We Effect supports partners through a modality called core support. This means that the partners have ownership and flexibility over areas covered and beneficiaries. For example, partners have the possibility to change districts and beneficiaries throughout the programme lifecycle. The AGIR programme has been ongoing for 6 years and over these years, the 18 partners involved have changed the districts where they work and the beneficiaries with whom they work. Furthermore, the survey aims to capture the overall knowledge of AGIR partners and themes in society, and not only the direct beneficiaries. Therefore, a specific list of districts and beneficiaries cannot be provided. The consultants are encouraged to suggest a working approach and to be innovative, not at least thinking about the ongoing pandemic.
